Cats have whiskers on their front legs. They're called carpal whiskers.

When I'm writing a story, I have a doc filled with short drabbles as I get random bursts of inspiration for future scenes. Sometimes it's a line or short dialogue exchange, sometimes I write the entire scene. Writing and drawing are similar like that. When inspiration strikes, you should indulge.

Drew one of my favorite constellations, Pegasus! I'm always surprised how large it is in the sky.

Fun side note about the pose: it's taken from the airs above the ground, a set of high-level dressage movements most commonly associated with the Lipizzaner breed.

Final style for my art style challenge: Witch Hat Atelier! I love this style so much and Shirahama has such a thorough understanding of fabric and how it folds. I do not. I also do not understand how hatching works. I tried anyway. Pretty proud of it!

I feel like the gyms need a major overhaul.
1) No more single type gyms. Either multitype or themed (ex. sound with Pokemon like Altaria and Toxicity)
2) Actual fun puzzles, Zelda style
3) Gym leaders (and Elite 4/Champion by extension) are present in the world and play an active role in the story

Another art style study, this time of the Pokemon Adventures manga. It was one of the manga I referenced when I first started drawing seriously.
Highly suggest it. Imo it's the best iteration of the Pokemon world, and has the best story.

Tried drawing in the Persona art style (specifically the character and cover art style, which is a little bit more watercolor-esque). The shading and rendering was a challenge, but I'm decently happy with how it turned out.
