I just finished this, it's a really good video essay. I've been revisiting Majora's Mask lately and it's kind of stunning how well it holds up for how short of a development time it had.

I can hear it already.

On one hand, keyboards and mice weren't originally intended to be used for playing games. On the other hand, figuring out a control scheme on keyboard and mouse really shouldn't be super difficult for most games, especially if they're 2D.

I think it's aged nicely. It's got some flaws but I've been replaying OOT and enjoying it quite a lot.
