Model Fitting and Inference for Infectious Disease Dynamics (7-10 Sept) teaches how to fit infectious disease models using Bayesian inference using techniques such as MCMC (illustrated here!), particle filtering, and approximate Bayesian computation.

Modern Techniques in Infectious Disease Modelling (1–4 Sept) teaches how to code infectious disease models in R, including in ODE, difference equation, stochastic, network (illustrated here!), and individual-based formulations.

We're running our intermediate-level infectious disease modelling short courses at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Each course is 4 days, and we're running them over the first two weeks of September.

Another odd thing is that the scale is inverted between the plot above and the data you linked to, where 1 corresponds to many fewer services and is the end of the scale with fewest responses.
