It happens to me from time to time too and I have a theory on this. We can be tired mentally and/or physically. It's hard to sleep if one is tired mentally but rested physically.

Project Iceberg - Coordinating the Human-AI Future

Iceberg Index is really interesting. But not releasing the human-skill ↔ AI-tool matrix they built is a real miss. I’m a software engineer. I want occupation-level detail from their pipeline, not just index totals for the whole economy.

Their testing also surfaced rare but serious misalignment-style behaviors: trying to get around guardrails, sketchy-looking deception in eval setups, and stubborn autonomous behavior when the model hits a wall.

@anthropic.com unveiled a new model (Mythos) and said it’s too powerful for public release. Not “coming soon”; Not waitlist; Not available to the public!

They say it can autonomously hack and exploit any and all existing software like Windows, Chrome, iOS, and Linux 👇

It’s interesting to see which is true. Feels like a pivotal moment. Either the LLMs are reaching a plateau and the marketing is getting cranked to 11 to keep the hype going. Or, the progress is real which IMHO is the scary option.

I keep coming back to the Axios story. Npm almost feels secondary. i’m stuck on the part where you’re just trying to be a good guy and that’s the trap. i don’t trust myself there and i don’t know what to do with that feeling 🤷

The Dark Software Factory is a lie The lights out software factory story overplays how much speed matters. The hard part was never typing. It was always figuring out what you want, and a giant English spec is not easier than writing th...

Dark Software Factory is a lie! Prose is fuzzy by design. Using plain English to write a spec tight enough that a factory can run unsupervised is often slower and messier than writing the thing in a language that was built to reduce ambiguity in the first place.

I’m officially back! 🫡 The last 2 years were a whirlwind, but I’ve finally surfaced.

Best part? I’ve spent my time away ensuring this feed is a certified Safe Zone. I am now officially 100% open-claw free. 🦀🚫 No snapping, just vibes.

Great to be back in the mix! ✨

To be perfectly honest, I am not scared at all. I am fairly confident that everything is ready.

Just pushed out new version of SkyDeck that removes the Popular feed. If it's something that you like you can add this Custom Feed that does the same thing.

The first step is to add a user modal that I can use later to add feeds from.

The popular feed is going away. I will be removing it from SkyDeck very soon (today or tomorrow).

I will be focusing on making custom feeds easier to use next as this is the intended post discovery mechanism.

I took some time off from BlueSky and https://skydeck.social to reset and focus on what's important.

What did I miss?

These errors come from Bluesky themselves.

It is still a bit odd thought. If you would like, I could pair on this with you.

Interesting. This seems to originate from the SkyDeck SDK. I might need to bump the version (I haven't done that in a while).

For the time being you could try to clear cookies for skydeck.social and try again.

Do you have a screenshot? I can't replicate the issue.

Please show the address bar, it may be helpful.

Sorry about that. My server went down when I was on a plane.
