Thanks. I found the digital link on the Mohr Siebeck site. The link you posted incorrectly referred to Creative commons. I do think that even for libraries, this book is unaffordable in print.
I would love to read this but it is $249 plus shipping. This academic publishing model is broken.
Azar Nafasi’s book “That Other World.” She is an Iranian, the author of “Reading Lolita in Tehran,” and this is her earlier book about Nabokov. I love Nafisi’s literary criticism. She shows an intellectual side to Iran and Iranians that we have been trained not to see.

"Nabokov's Otherworld." Vladimir Alexandrov's aim in this book is to show "that an aesthetic rooted in his intuition of a transcendent realm" is at the basis of Nabokov's art as a novelist. Nabokov's widow said that this was his "main theme."

"Insomniac Dreams." A record of dreams recorded by Vladimir Nabokov in the hopes of capturing a precognitive dream as described in John W. Dunne's "An Experiment with Time."

Fascinating article by Michael R. Jost, comparing the Spirit (πνεῦμα) as Paraclete in the Gospel of John to Socrates' idea of the daimonion (δαιμόνιον). The daimonion is a divine voice within us but also a personal spirit transcending us (but not Platonic dualism).

Well, I have converted two books to audiobooks. You can listen to a sample here. This was a very interesting process, since it meant choosing an online alter ego.In the end, I chose a mid 30's female British voice, who had the most modulation, the clearest enunciation, serious without sounding posh.
What the Nicene Creed omitted —Jesus’s call for justice. It didn’t fit with the political power structures at that time. How would you re-write the Creed to more accurately summarize Jesus’s teachings and life?
"alfabet/Alphabet" by Sadiqa de Meier. This is a wonderful quirky little book about the author who "was born in Amsterdam to a Dutch-Kenyan-Pakistani-Afghani family and moved to Canada" She says,"People who speak a language they learned after early childhood live in chronic abstraction."
Kieslowski's Three Colours Trilogy. Alissa M. Wilkinson has some useful insights into these films, showing competing ideas of Freedom, Equality and Fraternity. But she is terribly wrong in using Abraham Kuyper's views of equality, and that all state relief is "a blight on the honour of your Savior."
Was the Apostle Paul a Roman spy? He was a Roman citizen, a "kinsman of Herodian," was rescued from Aretas, who was in a war with Herod Antipas, and was rescued in Jerusalem by two centurions, 200 men, 70 horsemen and 200 spearmen. He opposed James's teachings. He counselled obedience to the state.
Is Dooyeweerd's idea of creation order still useful? Josephien van Kessel writes about Sergei Bulgakokov’s relation of Sophiology to the world as created order. But she fails to mention the important influence of Franz von Baader’s Christian theosophy [Wisdom of God] on Bulgakov.
These are great. How do you find the time to discover all the things that you post?

Here’s the link to the sample audio for my book on Ramana Maharshi. I had to teach my AI narrator some Sanskrit. There was no option to use the International Phonetic Alphabet so I had to improvise. She pronounced Abhishiktananda without any help.

I have used Amazon’s AI to convert this to an audiobook. Not an automatic process but I am impressed with the end result. I chose a mid-30’s female British voice. Quiet confidence, well modulated and great enunciation. You can listen to a sample audio clip below.

Heidegger reads “Im Walde.” [in the forest]. Hoelderlin’s poem is a this-worldly Romanticism. It does not seek the transcendent. It celebrates the power of that most dangerous gift, language. Creating, destroying, perishing and turning back in order to witness to love.

Grace demands justice. Jesus was a follower of John the Baptist, a very angry prophet, who preached justice and apocalyptic, imminent violence. Jesus was crucified for claiming kingship over Rome. Ukrainians and Gazans should be angry. So should Canadians in response to Trump's imperialist threats.
Well I have had some success with juniper, but I wanted a Japanese maple. For me, that's a real bonsai. The seeds germinated but I couldn't keep it alive.
This book explores the issue of depression and melancholy in more detail in relation to “The Bruderhof” and other Anabaptist groups, including Mennonites. Perfectionism and attempts to be pacifist drive aggression inwards, turning it on ourselves, causing depression.

The Hague. The Peace Palace had no tours so I went to Scheveningen beach, a place so hard to pronounce that it served as a shibboleth during the war. Fifty years ago, I walked these dunes, feeling the most free I have ever felt, having just learned of my scholarship to study in Amsterdam.
