Are you one of the 21M Americans without the documents required? Oh just get them. Get the real ID. Navigate bureaucracy. Pay for it. Take time off to register. Then take time off to vote. It will disenfranchise SO MANY PEOPLE.

People keep trying to split hairs about this bill over on TikTok. WHEN YOU MAKE VOTING HARDER IT BECOMES INACCESSIBLE. and that is precisely the point. It’s been the play for quite some time. You have to prove your name change. Voter registration will have to be done in person with documents.

The SAVE Act would make it harder for millions of Americans to cast a ballot—including women who changed their name after marriage.
We must spread the word to protect our democracy.
