One major reason for the price increase in other regions is that it allowed them to share the price burden due, to tariffs, across multiple regions, rather than dumping it all on the very important U.S market. If the U.S had to bear the total cost of the tariff burden, then it would be more than $50

Keep the recommendations coming.
I played Cat Quest 3 off the back of your previous recommendation - it's great!
It usually means Independent Contributor.
So in this scenario, that would be an engineer/developer who is who isn't a manager.
@jeffgerstmann.com can help you out with that question.

I wonder what the chances are of this being cancelled, or completely changed.
The UK price includes VAT - the U.S price is pre-sales tax (usually something like 6-9%)!
If the U.S sales tax was 20% like U.K VAT, then they'd be paying $540 (£417)! So cheaper for U.K when factoring sales tax/VAT! I imagine that's because they're factoring in the tariffs in the price.
If you're talking about the PS5 vs PS5 pro, then it seems it's a very noticeable upgrade as reported/analysed by Digital Foundry.
There's a short clip on their Bluesky page that shows the difference, and a full YouTube video on their channel.
Makes me think of Bubsy.
Amazing work!
I now have it printed and framed!
2.3lbs/1kg from what I've seen, so 3 times the weight of a Switch!
I suppose we can blame the patent they filed for that nemesis system as to why we don't see it anywhere else!
Done
Same here. And then I sell it once I'm done with it and get £35+ back. Digital only would probably double the cost of games for me.
