Look at her!!! She's gorgeous! Well done Michael on capturing her appearance. ~ Casey

Blimey!
That was definitely something....๐จ

Don't trouble yourself on our behalf. We were just discussing it the other day and wondered if such a thing could be done.
We did hear rumours that you had already started writing a draft for a new version of Episode 2. ~ Jane.
*Shoves Casey away from keyboard*
Sorry Michael. What Casey is trying to say is we like what you've done with those episodes, but we wondered if there's any chance more content could be added for them? If there isn't then we fully understand ~ Whitehouse.
That was us then, not now. We feel that the later style you gave the rest of the stories as well as the rewritten version of Episode 1 could be worked into those three stories too, making the series feel a bit more...well, less crap sounding(!) ~ Casey.
Well, it's regarding 3 stories. Episodes 2, 3 & 6. While they are nice to listen to, we feel that they could be.....better adapted. ~ Corps.
@whitehousefilms.bsky.social Michael, is there any chance you could stop work on the test episode for a while? Myself and the others need to discuss something with you. It's regarding the series, you see. It's just that we've noticed something you've missed out in Series 1. ~ Cars.
Strange.
I was taking Lady Grange out on the line today to haul the Mother's Day Special when I had this sudden feeling that something had just vanished for a brief moment of time and then appeared again, only different in some way.
Hmm. Don't think it was anything important. ~ Casey
Happy International Women's Day.
Our friend Jane has been a keystone to helping us on the railway with Ellie and Sandra also playing an important part in keeping the trains running at the Model Engineers.
Let us not forget the helpers in Michael's crew making the Animated Series. ~ Cars.
Casey and Whitehouse have been feeling a little down lately. They recently got some news from Michael during his recent visit and since then had been very quiet all day as they went about their work.
Would anyone know of anything that could help cheer them up? ~ Jane.
Caught Jane dancing to this tune and when questioned she only responded in encouraging me to dance along too. If we keep this up we'll probably end up on Strictly. ~ Cars. www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvtd...
A while ago we were asked what rolling stock we have at the railway. I've asked Whitehouse to draft us up a list of what stock we currently have. We use 4 coaches pre day with guard's vans attached as well as a display goods train at 2pm, hauled by Puffa or Hector, whichever engine is free. ~ Cars.
We hope everyone is staying safe during these storms. We've closed the railway until further notice. Had reports the old mine site where our coach stock are kept is now flooded in 10 inches of flood water.
It's going to be one heck of a clean up to do once we're back open. ~ Corps.
So there is rumour going around that Michael has changed the timeline for The Miniature Railway Adventures. Originally he said it ends in 2021, but word has it that it's still going?
The only way that can be possible is if he somehow got inspired to plan a 5th season of the series. ~ Cars.
If you ever see these books in the shops or at your local heritage railway, do give them a read as well as give the author's YouTube channel a like as there's more good content there too. I might write up a review on them, plus they are a good reference for my current WIP project.
๐!!!!!!!
Happy New years!!!!!
From all of us here at the Model Engineers Society, we wish you all a Peaceful and Merry Christmas. Wishing you all the best for 2026. As a thanks for your support of the series, here's a BlueSky exclusive viewing of the new opening titles for Miniature Railway Adventures The Animated Series. ~ Cars
We'll be sharing the new opening titles for the animated series later this evening. This is only going to be shown on Bluesy as I think Michael wants to save the YouTube release till the test episode is completed. Till then, stay tuned for this evening's post. ~ Jane.
Hope you've enjoyed yesterday's video. If you are still wanting to hear more Christmas themes from the Miniature Railway, why not take a listen to Series 1 Episode 9: Snow Drifts, re-written in 2023 by our friend Michael. ~ Corps.

We've been very busy lately with our Santa trains so we weren't able to post much on here. However we are pleased to hear that Michael is entrusting us to share for the first time here the fully composite render of the new opening titles for the animated series on Christmas Eve. We can't wait ~ Jane
Small patches of snow this morning at the railway. Funny as we weren't forecasted snow yet. Still if we did get any, at least it will make our Christmas trains worth while. ~ Corps.
The weather's temperature has dropped greatly. I'm sure everyone is freezing today while out on the railway. Rory asked me this morning if I could make my curry ramen for lunch as that seems to help keep everyone warm throughout the cold days. The joy on everyone's face when I served it. ๐ฅฐ ~ Jane.
I'm going to have to get that signal for the raised track restored at some point. A go over with the sand blaster and a complete repaint is what's called for. ~ Corps.
The shunter's shed down at the old mine display is undergoing maintenance, so Puffa and Hector the 08 are spending time in the main engine sheds for a while till repairs are completed.
Just means it'll take a while longer for the coaches to arrive at the platform. ~ Whitehouse
Fast Eddie offered to help sweep Betty's chimney as it had been clogged yesterday evening with soot. We have a modified loo brush which does the job, but Eddie thought attaching it to a drill would make the job go faster. Now Betty's chimney is clogged with a brush and soot! Flipping-eck!~ Casey.
OMG! Michael, these are looking great! I'm sure the finished item will look great. You'll have to have a premiere of the finished piece at the railway once it's all done.
We're really pleased with the progress so far. Keep it up! ~ Jane.
Lady Grange and Betty are on service today.
"Jumping cold it was too, that morning, but little steam engines love the cold weather"
I've a good fire in her ladyship and plenty of steam. So it should be a good day's run. ~ Casey.
