I think that’s fair as they aren’t entirely to blame. If there was no war, it wouldn’t have happened and if more had been doing when crisis began, they might not resorted to holding the whole country to ransom.

My brother is profoundly autistic, will always be on disability. But something very unfair he has to do is pay rent to the council in my mother’s house and in his residential space. He’s home Thursday to Monday, yet he pays double rent in both places. That’s almost half his income.
