Those are lovely! And it's so nice to see the airplanes printed up and tarted up and ready to play. ❀️
That Fairmile came out very nice too. I so want to play TnT but I just haven't the time (sorry Thomas, but it is on my list!).

I've noticed your coy indifference and it only fuels my desire to get these things out as soon as possible! πŸ™‚
One is a massive undertaking that may end up with me meeting an undertaker, while the other was just a girlish whim that became a major project. Sheesh.

See how well I timed it. πŸ™‚

I'm so excited about these projects I could just scream. Ahhhh! See? They're like nothing 4P's ever done. We were hoping to get one out last week but real life reared its ugly head and squashed that idea. But we are undaunted!
Here's the last ships, and they are lovely.
Thanks darlings!

Next up are Colbert (what a pity not Claudette), Comete, Le Crocodile(!), and Devastation (you have to say it French-like so you know it's not the Royal Navy's).
We're also working on now TWO super top secret projects aside from the usual stuff we work on.

We have a mix of pre-dreadnoughts and ironclads.
Here's Brennus, Carnot, Cerbere, and good old Charlie Martel. I so love Cerbere in all her turtleback beauty.

Wargame Vault - The Largest RPG Download Store! Wargame Vault is the largest wargame download store.

Hi everyone,
I've got 12 new French ships hot out of the oven. Here's the link to our publisher page on Wargame Vault so I don't have to bore you with each of the twelve links. I will be posting pictures of them though, because Chris does such lovely work.

When he's not busy designing 4P stuff, Chris is also adding to his private stash. Oh where does he find the time???
Fun stuff, and really exotic figures!❀️

Very cool! You know you've made the big time when your stuff has made it to the Paris Defence and Strategy Forum! πŸ™‚
Really though, that's quite a nice feeling I'm sure.

Hi, not that you've noticed, but I've not been around as 4P has been working on something really big. Bigger than big. I can say no more.
Instead, here's the venerable Farman Shorthorn aircraft released today. Chris did a great job, as usual.

Thanks!

And Thomas, the morse code message was a cute touch. πŸ™‚

I think I'll do the read through this afternoon and evening, and then slip a few boats in my handbag in the morning before I go to work. Hmm, I wonder if I can get some of my kids to play in class. πŸ™‚

It's a lovely set Thomas, nice work! Mine are so drab compared to yours. Some girls envy other things, but I have layout envy. πŸ˜‚

I've got mine, have you got yours? I've been following Thomas' journey with this rules set and the finished product is first class. Lots of cool stuff and a very snazzy layout.
I'm sitting in my office at school right now trying to figure out what office supplies can be turned into torpedo boats.πŸ™‚

Thanks Chris for the heads up, I didn't realize soon meant now. πŸ™‚

Just got mine and can't wait to dig into it! Congratulations Thomas, it's been a pleasure watching this go from project to product. ❀️

It's self adhesive, so I hope it will be enough. They're for sticking to the wall.
I'm half tempted to just stick them to the table directly πŸ˜€

My pleasure, I found it all very useful and I hope you do too, and I too am looking forward to Torpedoes and Tides. Coastal WW2 is definitely on my game list for my summer holiday (oooh, summer!!!!😍).
That book looks really cool too, by the way, I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Ed, from all the nice replies that does seem the way to go. There's an art supply shop near the school where I teach so I'll stop in there on the way home and have a look. I can also get them online.
Alas, no Hobbycrafts round these parts, but thanks for the tip anyway. ❀️

I guess, I've never been to one of those but from what I've heard they are similar, only without all the cool gaming stuff you can find in dollar stores. πŸ™‚
I think I'd like it rigid (oh goodness, that sounds so dirty!πŸ˜‚), and in two panels that are 70cm long and 80cm wide. Or 70cmx40 and 4 panels.

OMG, I love that tank! I wish someone loved me like that. πŸ˜‚

I'm also happy to know that I'm not the only one who knows deck tan is actually gray and we're all being gaslighted.

Pepco is a really cheap store that sells all kinds of really cheap crap, it's so much fun to visit. πŸ™‚

I will have to see what's available over here, but hopefully I can find some board online so I don't have to go to one of those shops where the men stand around and say stuff like "it'll cost ya".

Oooh, that's clever, I hadn't thought of that. Pepco again would be the place for that I imagine.

Mine are 26cm long and around 20cm wide. I've seen them online listed as 26x26, but my local Pepco has rectangles and not squares.

That's a very nice way of looking at it Brian, thank you. I was thinking about foam boards but I've never had any, are they sturdy enough do you think?

1 month ago 1 0 2 0

I'd like to have them on boards but not too big as to be a pain to store them, but big enough that I would only need two or three to cover a dining room table (yes, it's as depressing as it sounds to game on).
The back peels off and sticks to whatever. Polystyrene would be icky. I just don't know.

Hi everyone,
I picked up some of these tiles at Pepco ages ago as a cheap solution for a hex mat for some rules I don't remember in the least (not mineπŸ˜‚), and while they paint up okay I'm at a loss on what to stick them to. I don't want to go to scary men in DIY shops, any ideas anyone?
