You had actual counter protestors? If they were in Hartford, they were not obvious anywhere near the Capitol.

Many larger facilities now capture the helium as it boils off and re-liquify it. We've also been trying to get superconducting materials that work at higher temperatures, they are called high critical temperature (Tc) materials. Liquid nitrogen temperatures would be ideal . 2/2
Helium gas escapes into space, slowly, because it is so light. (So does hydrogen). People have been working to reduce the amount of helium required to have a superconducting magnet. Reducing doesn't eliminate the problem but makes existing supplies last longer. 1/2
Unfortunately liquid hydrogen boils at too high a temperature ~20K, to substitute for liquid helium which boils at 4K. Niobium–titanium alloy magnets wouldn't work above 10K.
Or Severe Tire Damage vibes.
Lately, I've seen exit infrastructure replacing that one person. You go through multiple doors on your way out and can't go backwards. It gives Get Smart vibes.

Subsequently with many of the NTSB recommendations implemented, there has been only one shipwreck since and no fatalities. (Excluding small craft accidents and fatalities).
"Contributing to the accident was the lack of transverse weathertight bulkheads in the cargo hold and the reduction of freeboard authorized by the 1969, 1971, and 1973 amendments to the Great Lakes Load Line Regulations"

Notably, it was the last fatal shipwreck on the Great Lakes. It drew attention to some of the practices that led to the wreck.
Great album.
It appears to be Fort Tilden which wouldn't have any residents?
