I’d also like to give special thanks to @mrjoj.bsky.social, @colloquial-kayak.bsky.social and Raz for… Gerry’s face!! There are more expressions on the way, but Joj very kindly got his simple smile ready in good time - now he’s really looking like the MSR’s ‘Gentleman Soldier’!

Allan of Grainge and Hodder has recently acquired a new layout with SM32 track! Once the Gunpowder Wagon was painted, I was invited to operate on the layout - so massive thanks to him and CHMRC for hosting the event!

Didn’t get the chance to post this yesterday cause I was so busy, but yesterday was the CHMRC’s 40th Anniversary Open Day! I brought some 16mm stuff along for a painting demo and got more than I expected…

Hildy's questlines are definitely canon to us imo - especially considering the impact their storylines have on Mochihira, whose future steps I can't explain here because I'm keeping them a secret from @alixstar11.bsky.social... Ssssh.... :3c

Once I've completed Bozja AND finished our timeline doc up to Endwalker, THEN I shall continue with MSQ - cause I have a bad habit of getting super far ahead in stuff and then having to trawl FFXIV Wiki to remind myself of the major story beats...!

Counterpoint: Bozja.

For context, because of how me, @alixstar11.bsky.social and our friends have been setting up a 'timeline' and allocating certain quests, Mochihira's storyline has been very military focused (Grand Company questlines and all that) - Bozja is currently next on the list.

I presume this is refering to the ‘Black Rose Doomed Timeline’ - being the CO of the 84th Machinists (a Maelstrom Regiment), he gets involved in several battles against the Empire and is sadly killed in action, in an event later recounted to Viv by the Exarch as “The Last Charge of the 84th”.

STILL CANON FOR VIV AS WELL LMAO, she gave him SO much passive-aggressive energy in reality though

No April Fools Day joke from me, if anyone was expecting one - the world’s enough of a sick joke as it is right now.

Look after yourselves, love one another, don’t litter.

Imagine if they did a 'what-if' Old Coaches in CGI style to go with that 'Brendam Pack'. Probably won't happen, but could you imagine??

2 weeks ago 1 0 1 0

The way I can see it going is they could do stock packs and route expansions - like TSW does. Examples below:

- Diesels Pack - Daisy, Mavis, Salty + scenarios

- Little Western - Duck’s Branch plus stock (Duck + Slip Coaches, Oliver + Toad, Donald and Douglas, Ballast Hoppers, etc) and scenarios

So would I - but I'm curious as to how they would do it, seeing as the electric railway was never properly covered... anywhere?

On another note, is it just me or is this stretch of line meant to be based on the last illustration of Bear from Enterprising Engines? Or am I hallucinating?

Is it perfect? No. No, it is not. But it's one of those things that's 85% good, with the potential to be improved. I eagerly await DTG's planned 'feedback' update, as well as whatever future expansions they choose to bring us.

Edward and Henry are a must, but who else do we think should be put in?

So, I finally tried out Wonders of Sodor for myself after vicariously living it through @vampymix.bsky.social's 'lost-a-dare' stream.

If you couldn't tell, I adore this game. It's a genuinely fun experience no matter how you play it, and it's clear the team behind it put significant effort in.

I still see too many users here unaware of this, and it's why we are never getting things like soft-blocking, restricted/locked accounts, or circles (and if we do, you shouldn't trust them).

Treat EVERYTHING you do on here INCLUDING DMs as though it is fully public (because it is!)

My woke opinion of the day is tying art to capital, and capital to survival, is fundamentally anti-art

It inherently compromised the artists vision from the roots. its financial success is a factor that will always exist in the creators mind - informed or opposed

Want pure art? Kill capitalism

There are voice actors who will voice your stuff for free.

Imma repeat myself for any Dev/Creator that is considering AI.

THERE ARE VOICE ACTORS WHO WILL VOICE YOUR STUFF FOR FREE.

Signed, a voice actor who did voice act FOR FREE for almost NINE YEARS.

Don’t make excuses. Stick to human talent.
