We will focus on computational and population genetics, to uncover the processes that shape genetic variation - from deep evolutionary history to molecular mechanisms. We develop models and algorithms, mix classic theory with machine learning, and analyse modern sequencing data.

Very happy to share that starting October, I will begin a new position as a PI at the Faculty of Medicine and the School of CS & AI at Tel Aviv University. 😮
