Update on this: My side still hurts and I guess the bone probably broke but I contacted a doctor and they told me there isn't much to do, it will just heal overtime and I have to be patient 😭 At least the pain isn't super bad anymore so that's good

I didn’t do either one because yesterday it didn’t hurt as much, I think it’s just really sore because after sleeping I haven’t been moving around and it makes the pain worse 😭 but I will probably contact a doctor if it doesn’t get better in a few days or if it gets worse!

I fell yesterday because there was so much ice and it was hidden under the snow and I’m still in so much pain that I can barely get up from the couch or bed by myself 😭
