Fair. Helpful concept overall when thinking about putting together teams initially, and evolving them over time. Interested to hear your thoughts on how to identify these individuals ex ante, particularly differentiating between the resourceful, the resilient, and the risk-seeking types.

Appreciate the distinction you've made between resourcefulness and resilience, but aren't the two inextricably intertwined? The ability to try the next option requires the ability to absorb the previous option's failure. So resourcefulness layers over resilience, but the opposite isn't always true.
