A 🧵. Back in early 2022, the editorial staff of the Cardiopulmonar Physical Therapy Journal approved the development of a Special Issue on Long Covid, and against all better judgement, I was selected to be its Guest Editor. The Special Issue published today. Here are the contents.

10 years into clinical practice and now seeing my first vascular thoracic outlet syndrome patient. SO different from neuro TOS which I’ve seen 3x. Wow! I hope conservative care helps. So glad I reviewed the brachial plexus and vasculature of the upper extremity this month.

Maybe the two of them are wherever people go when they’re no longer with us having a good time and watching UConn WBB!

Anybody else throw a fist pump of excitement when they go to donate blood and have high enough iron levels?! Just me?! 13.7 and so proud.

Today marks 4 years without my dad. Proof that my heart still is beating despite being broken. Grief sucks. Donate blood if you can.

This holiday season, I’m praying for iontophoresis and ultrasound to be removed from the PT licensing exam and for any content about Long Covid, POTS, chronic pain, or chronic illness to replace it. It’s time.

Had a little kiddo doing this exercise in the clinic today for the first time. When they got to the top position, they yelled out:
