Everybody should do this. I got shingles at age 47, 3 years before insurance would cover the vaccine. It sucked. I’ve since heard from several other women who got it in their 40s. You do not want shingles. Get vaccinated for that alone, nevermind the protection against dementia and cardiac disease.
