Godzilla Raids Again is a pretty obvious rush-job, but it also introduces my boy Anquirus (while also establishing his habit of getting his ass handed to him). Couple fun scenes, mostly boring human plot without the emotional weight of the OG. Next up is King Kong vs. Godzilla. #ZillaThon

I’m embarking on ZILLATHON 2026 today with 1954’s original. Been a few years since I’ve sat and watched this. The stark black and white makes Godzilla feel truly huge and terrifying. The OG is still one of the franchise’s best.

as a culture we have really given "ideas" way too much credit. ideas are a dime a dozen. they happen all the time. the magic is way more in the doing, and the doing's diminished stature is linked to lack of respect for labor and, more recently, skill and expertise.

I love Tears of the Kingdom, but SO many of its quests stiff you on rewards. Like, I’m not doing this for loot, but if I spend the better part of three play sessions completing a quest, I’d love to get SOMETHING cool. (That said, game is great and LOOKS great on Switch 2.)

Agreed 100%. Like I guess it’s kinda fun to think about as a concept, but to have the three timelines or whatever be “official”? Feels wholly unnecessary Like these games are not developed with that in mind, nor should they be.
