I wish they’d pan a bit slower so I’d know if there’s anyone I need to prune from my social platforms 😂

I haven’t followed anything related to Avi Lewis in 20+ years. What are the pros/cons and his positions?
I did not have Jeff Hoffman 4K inning on my 2026 opening day bingo card.
At this rate we’re going to wish that you could change a 26 man roster to allow for 22 pitchers + Vladdy to mash, Kirk to catch and Gimenez to cover the entire IF + Varsho to cover the entire OF. It’s a great depth problem to have.
He’s definitely had a couple broken clock moments the last few days!
I wasn’t even talking about the public presentations (outside of maybe that one gentleman Tuesday representing the landlord write in/social media campaign).
Governance shouldn’t be entertaining….but I can’t even comprehend some of the stuff I’ve witnessed.
There are definitely people online would would pay good money for a livestream of you and Cathy giving commentary on the last three days of meetings. It’s been absolutely wild.
I did not have weird tax kink in my Budget 2026 bingo card.
Cue Curb your Enthusiasm music.
Austerity for thee but not for me!
I thought they added like 5 staff there this year?
Keegan Matheson will undergo a hangover procedure after surviving the first press event of spring training. He’s expected to miss the entire morning tomorrow.
I think it’d be a good assignment for Davis if he’s up for it. He’s already going to be limited in the OF and at 2B. He needs all the opportunities he can get to fit into the roster.
Either that or someone shows up for spring training with a 1B glove and has been training for that position all winter. Right now the only depth option for 1B I can think of is Clement (which doesn’t work if he’s every day 2B).
It’s a bummer, but after signing an everyday 3B the infield started to look pretty crowded. You’ll have Gimenez, Vladdy and Clement playing daily with Barger and Schneider getting some reps at 3B and 2B. Could use more depth at 1B. Wouldn’t be surprised if we sign an offensive outfielder with 1B exp
Certainly feels like the deal from The Phillies was clearly ahead of whatever the Jays offered. Tucker absolutely seems like their priority. Doubly so after they signed Okamoto.
Juan Soto is currently one of their best defensive outfielders. Juan Soto should be an every day DH. You can’t make up their roster. The Jays roster construction really spoils us.
I mean it’s not like his hamstrings would do much better at 1B. He’s not replacing Lindor at SS or Semien/Polonco at 2B. Arm is a liability again in the OF an who runs a contact first mid power DH? It’s a really weird fit.
The craziest part is that the Mets are clogged for infielders (except at 1B) and are apparently going to have him play 3B. Having watched Bo’s throwing for years I say….what the hell?
At least you have the academic credentials to have “doctor’s handwriting”? 😂
That proposed design for the Westmount area is…interesting.

Very festive! It’s like a set of Christmas lights that shows you where you can’t see Christmas lights.
This is why I’m not surprised that the third Costco in NS is circling HRM. As someone who’s shopped there since it was Price Club…both HRM locations are bursting at the seams.
Amazing, I’ll look into this.
As a dude who does all my podcast stuff on TV (Nvidia Shield/Chromecast with Google TV) and smart speakers (Google Home)….how the heck do you make the Patreon exclusive stuff play on those short of casting from a phone?
They certainly need to find a cohesive identity again after choosing a new leader. More than ever we need their voice on the national level.
I don’t think the NDP are in any position to survive another election right now. Carney on the other hand feels the country will punish any party seen to be intentionally causing a holiday election. It’s a bold hand to play as a minority leader but I think it’ll work this time.
I’d settle for late 90s/early 2000s internet.
