This is backfiring.

Most people responding to the posts are making fun of Bluesky and having a good time doing it.

When I read "raid" I thought it was some sort of police raid. It's just a break in in North America

Sexsmith(8) as in the artist @ronsexsmith.bsky.social

Yes, I’ve heard of it but it didn’t occur to me at all that it was intended in this context as sexual innuendo. Advertisements make verbs of nouns all the time, and topping as a noun is entirely appropriate for a cracker. Anyways, thanks for explaining.

Is it the fact that “top it” is a verb?

I couldn’t find anything in the urban dictionary that explains this.

I like @hankgreen.bsky.social 's new game.

Here's a game board I made up.

In Hank's words "It’s like connections except that there are three words in each category, there are four categories, and one word is in all four categories. "

Anyone guess?

I suppose that Mr. Dreyer arranged for that. The person who makes a post can mute replies he doesn't like.

Not as significant as everyone’s making it out to be. The husband and wife team made one decision, and the other guy one.

It might not be politically correct to have a funny story about Bertha Mason.

It sounds like a cross between the Wide Sargasso Sea and the backstory to the character Bertha (who crossed the Atlantic) in Jane Eyre.
