I need to raise $1259 to cover rent for April or I will actually go homeless and lose the place due to my ex-roommate being extremely financially irresponsible by buying a Switch 2 and lying to me about working full time hours, and he was working only part time thus not properly paying me rent and utilities. It is not fair to the new person to cover the ex-roommates share as he did not occupy this space, my ex-roommate did My bank account is in the negatives and I am still struggling to make ends meet as I have been taking 90% of the cost as I had to cover practically all of March, in terms of bills, paying rent extremely late, electricity, and the internet bill. I have not been able to remotely save my money, whatsoever because of my ex-roommate. I hate asking for help, but there is nothing else I can remotely do to conjure up this money. Adding this part here: The dog that attacked was accidentally let into their yard by an Amazon delivery driver and they got into their house when she was retrieving a package. This was someone’s unleashed dog that they let wander about, which caused this to happen. Fucking leash your damn DOGS —— Bmo is my sweet, cuddly cat who has always had a gentle spirit. He’s the kind of cat who brings comfort to others—whenever we’ve taken in foster cats, Bmo would be the first to greet them, offering calm and kindness until they felt safe. He’s never been one to provoke or cause trouble, so when he was suddenly attacked by a dog, it was a complete shock and heartbreak for our family. The injuries Bmo suffered are serious, and he now needs surgery to recover and get back to his loving self. It’s been overwhelming to see him in pain, especially knowing how much he’s given to other animals in need. I want nothing more than to help him heal and return to the gentle, caring companion he’s always been. If you’re able to help in any way, I truly appreciate it more than I can put into words. Bmo has always been there for other animals in need, and now he needs that same kindness in return. Any support, prayers, or even sharing his story means everything to us. Thank you for taking the time to care about him.
