I'm going off of my antidepressant to change to one that'll work better and it feels horrible 😭😭 I feel like everyone is expecting me to be my normal self but I'm fucking depressed?? Duh lol

I pulled/strained a muscle in my hip, so I've been resting most of the day and can't get up to get myself food it's like my body is telling me to stop eating ❤️😌

Also I went to the pool shirtless for the first time it was kinda scary but it was really nice to not have to wear a tshirt in the pool 🙏

I bought smaller jeans 🥰

My pants have been fitting me looser lately and I might need to buy more tighter pants

My dad has no snacks at his house it's been helping me only eat 2 meals a day ❤️ #caterpillarsky

I really don't want to go back to my mom's house next week and deal with my "friends" I wish they would move out or my mom would make them leave :(

My weight has also been fluctuating a lot and I've just been staying around 253-249 and idk what to do 😭😭

Here's what I got of my room so far! I have a bed frame, nightstand, and dresser picked out but they are gunna take a while to deliver :P

Yeah! My room is painted a dark blue I'm excited to decorate it, I'm gunna use blues and greens and purples, and I'm gunna try to get furniture in black or dark wood :3

Today was kinda hard but tomorrow I'm leaving to stay at my dad's for a couple weeks so I hope that'll help. I'm gunna be getting some furniture for my new room so I'm excited for that :)

I'm on my way home from vacation and I'm gunna weigh myself, I'm scared that I gained a lot. I'm gunna start skipping breakfasts and/or lunches if I'm alone

I bought a shirt today and I got an XL instead of a 2XL :D #edsky

Yesterday I got 10k steps and the day before I got 9k steps and I usually only ever get 2k when I'm at home because of my chronic pain (which is still effecting me but) #edsky

I've been on vacation with my family so I've been trying to be offline until it's over!! :)

Ugh my mom was getting hungry for dinner and I was trying to say that I didn't want any and she questioned and judged and I felt pressured to eat more 😭😭 #edsky

We're going to olive garden for my mom's birthday and I open the menu online and the first few things are all over 1000 calories and I feel sick. I'm gunna try to find something low cal wish me luck #edsky
