loved episode 25 of digimon beatbreak. we aren't starting the next arc for a few eps but enjoyed this little side story. made this because I always believed in Star-man #BEATBREAK

Ah, "scarf" is the word I was looking for in the alt text. Anime Starmon has a tokusatsu hero scarf around his "neck," but Time Stranger made it a Rambo bandana tied around his "head."

He's a guy clinging to his childhood dreams and refusing to move on, trying to take lonely lost children to his Never Land. Pipimon evolving into Tinkermon and Petermon might make interesting partners for him.

This Digimon Beatbreak episode made me realize that Yukio Oikawa is also a Peter Pan.

But what's with this Octo-Man? This one is not identified as a real digimon, but it's highly detailed for a costume and the eyes respond just as "realistically" as Star-Man's. Do you think he's a real digimon too?

This is how I remembered Starmon looking from the back, but I couldn't find a screencap before. Time Stranger gave us a radically different Starmon with a Mamemon-esque ball body. Perhaps structurally different enough to be considered a real variant, and not just artistic license.

Starmon flies around as just the star shape, with his entire body apparently withdrawn. His yellow bandana flutters behind him.

It's interesting that he can withdraw his limbs to act like a mask, and to fly around as just the star. This kind of strengthens his tie to the rookie xros wars Starmon. I thought he'd pull off a real Meteor Squall at the end, but committing to the campy tokusatsu attack worked well.

Starmon as a tokusatsu hero, standing in place of his partner's head. His partner, in a star themed hero jumpsuit with large red cape stands with his arms outstretched, as if basking in the glory of being a star-headed hero.

That was another great Digimon Beatbreak episode! It's nice to have a smaller side story from time-to-time. I've become a big fan of Starmon lately, so I really enjoyed a heroic Starmon with some new abilities here.

A while back, I went diving into the past and realized that these cute DigiHeads had no real discernible creator listed. Until now! Has a sad ending though. Enjoy!
