Native Floridian here: prices have skyrocketed and services cut all in favor of corporate welfare. Instead of addressing insurance costs, they want to eliminate prop taxes which will leave cities and counties in shambles with no $ for roads, parks, libraries, etc. Greed has destroyed FL.

Desantis using something like $147 million of taxpayer money to fight ballot initiatives then changes the laws so now only wealthy biz can obtain ballot initiatives. Newest Desantis law, developers have more say then city gov offices.
