Any thoughts on doing an infra/maintenance/insurance video covering all the recent storm damages and some of the numbers involved and the best way for the country to go forward

yeah i wouldnt be taking direction from those people, they probably dont realize that three waters and other things would keep rates and other things lower, too focused on race issues.

Short term thinking with even less long term modelling, well done.

If hipkins has any sense he would keep NZ first MPs away from foreign affairs and ethnic communities portfolios if it gets to that stage at election time, who knows if it ends up being earlier at this rate

A young reporter discovers a mysterious trove of data that exposes a global surveillance empire In a major investigation, a young reporter uncovers a powerful technology used to spy on thousands of people across the world.

We uncovered a vast surveillance empire whose untraceable tech has been used to target people in more than 100 countries, including the US. It has operated under the radar for decades.

Until now.

When you have a tornado not forecasted and that amount of rain days apart yeah it's not great, you really hope winter doesn't have heaps of rain continuing on in the north

20+ years in some cases, if there is ever a case to show a case for diversifying the transport options that surely is something let alone what we see right now with the australia fuel fire and the iran bombings. im sure someone can find the road damage vs rail damage. #nzpol #nztransport

we saw this morning how fast water can rise in wellington and westport amongst places, the potential damage from the cyclone was surely good to have it done given past damage and rainfalls surely?

Watch: ‘Huge deluge’ inundates garden centre car park leaving owner ‘terrified’ While a severe thunderstorm warning had been lifted, a watch for the lower North Island remained in place.

www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/3609...

With more rain expected this week across the north island too, there is now a members bill written up by Act expressively dismissing climate change, not withstanding the multiple states of emergency already.

We urgently need to look to australia and other countries for real investment opportunities away from the status quo that this govt in particular are doing.

This is problematic to say the least yet the article says they're still continuing at pace, are the underlings getting good info still??

They won't not with the the likes of Tim jago and the likes plus Paul Goldsmith doing unlawful appointments to high positions. But something needs to change, it's not something to sweep under the rug forever.

id say a lot of her apparent greens distrust could be from within her wider circle, stuff do have right wing people working for them and although shes probably one of the "better" ones there influences do rub off, hopefully shes paying attention to the movement in the UK.
