WorldCanvas by CyanLime A browser-based 'drawing tool' with unexpected twists.

WorldCanvas is a 5-10 minute experience in the shape of a highly unconventional drawing tool. Try making something cool with it, or just go along for the ride. As well as being playable in the browser, v1.1.0 adds downloadables for Windows and Linux! #gamedev #indiedev 🖌️

First crack at YouTube shorts! Might be a fun way to keep putting stuff out while I work on the next not-so-short thing.

Still tossing up on the coloured borders, they're not as nice looking after YouTube's done sanding down the corners. :\

Have just given all my old YouTube thumbnails a makeover to bring them a bit closer to my current ability. Good preparation for things to come. 😉

No game engine this time - this one's pure web code with just a couple of external libraries (Konva and html2canvas). A challenge for sure, but it got there! 😮‍💨

WorldCanvas by CyanLime A browser-based 'drawing tool' with a couple of unexpected twists.

WorldCanvas 1.0 is out! Play it in your browser! This one's a bit hard to make a sales pitch for; just think of it as a short 5-10 minute experience in the shape of a highly unconventional drawing tool. 🐶 #gamedev #indiedev

Even pngs get turned into jpegs. Gunking up the image quality, destroying transparency, and often increasing the filesize at the same time. It's unhinged.

Would appreciate being added if it's not full yet! :)

Currently working at an experimental browser-based drawing tool / simulation game hybrid. It'll be playing with the boundaries between user expression and subtle narrative design. This dog will also be there. 🐕 #gamedev

Students for Palestine start of year & legal fundraiser Please donate to our start of year & legal fundraiser.

Here in Australia, some really wonderful activists are being dragged through court for protesting the weapons industry's Land Forces conference—an event hosting profiteers of Israel's genocide in Palestine. Please repost & donate if you can! 🇵🇸

A hill I will die on for controller glyphs in PC games. Not everyone is using an Xbox controller! 😢
(Some might even be using a Nintendo layout!) #gamedev

So spesh playing both these games for the first time & then again with my partner. We're both super excited for the next installment! (Also some of the games that have inspired me to take indie game dev more seriously myself)

Hey! As far as I know, Wacom tablets have the best software compatibility, on top of being well regarded, so are a really solid choice. I personally have a Wacom Intuos M, which is a more affordable model with no screen (personally I would skip the "S", as many find it too small and the M isn't that
