Last week, there was a party at Universal Studios to celebrate 30 years of DreamWorks Animation. The best part of the evening was sharing all this history and creativity with my family and so many talented and passionate co-workers who have become good friends.

Thirty years ago, I was in Film 1 at Brooklyn College, where the professor excitedly told us about a brand new studio that had just been announced. Fast forward to now and I have spent about a collective 15 years working for that studio as an artist and executive.
