Distance running is no joke, especially at the D1 level. You train all year, running upwards of 60 to 90 miles a week, and between XC, indoor track and outdoor track, you get to race 12 times if you’re lucky. Enjoy the process never meant so much! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
