Well, this is an erudite, academic perspective on civilization decline if I've ever seen one (not that I disagree).
How do women both: (1) get noticed when we've collectively been socialized to value strong language, authoritativeness, self-promotion, and stoicism; and (2) shift collective values toward strategy, participation, generosity, and balance?
