15 mile run started in the freezing cold before daybreak.
2 days ago it was 82° and I was a sweaty mess.

Worked the Zumbro 100 50 34 17 mile trail races Fri-Sat. My friend made it 67 miles.
Overnight was below freezing.
Ran 3.5 hours today & was harassed by turkeys.
70° & humid.
Whatever, weather.
And now I know what moose poop looks like! Goes with all the other kinds I see in the woods. Weird what we know.

Mental toughness building day:
