So many spaces in our urban areas have been graced with graffiti. Some stay for quite some time, and some disappear either with more graffiti, or torn down. The zombie hand disappeared after the building was torn down. The zombie bird was painted over. Detroit - somewhere.

We drove by today, getting onto 94 from 75. So much activity, yet it barely looks like they've made a dent. No doubt a lot of inside structural work going on.

While watching the Star Trek #ds9 final episode (again) on H&I last Friday, I was reminded of this drawing my husband made in 2018 during the #inktober challenge. He drew Odo (stretch) during his farewell to Nerys. Hubs shared this on Twitter and Rene Auberjonois liked it! A year later, Rene died 😢

One of the things I find very magical is Snow on Trees.
The image on the left is in color. The image on the right is in black and white. Sometimes getting close gives greater impact and sometimes standing back has it's own mesmerizing effect.

A sticker from Better Call Saul is attached in the center pole, with chains dangling on both sides. On top are the words Let's just say I know a guy...who knows a guy. On the bottom are the words ...Who knows another guy.

I didn't realize this area is already closed to traffic. Delivery trucks might try to use the fire lane. I'm guessing it's extra crazy navigating on Larned these days.

I'm trying to sell these individual images as postcards, 4up on a sheet. I didn't alter the images themselves, just embellished them because they looked plain by themselves.

I'm not sure either. This is my first time embellishing photos I've taken. I like how you have embellished your photos for a more "artsy" feel, if that makes sense. I'm not trying to copy, I just was inspired to go beyond the straight on images. I am curious to your opinion on the outcomes.

I love when the Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus Carota) blooms. They smell like sweet grass. The flowers look like little snowballs against the green fields. I've read that you can batter the flowers for eating. I haven't tried this yet. For now, I'll keep enjoying their beauty.
