I still can’t figure out a way to do base color without too much overflow nor taking too much time. Lasso and bucket tool are great but hand-paint gives more texture especially when you do underpainting. Is the nature of doing base color being tedious, or is my attention span too short? 😭

I was about to do a new backup this week, and my mood for drawing is finally back as well and suddenly my HDD is dead. Terrible start of the year.

Well my HDD’s dead out of nowhere. No sign that it was dying, nothing. My 2025 data (clip studio files, video game screenshots, reference photos). All gone. I have a few backup in my USB from 2024 and a discord server for my art, so not as bad as when my laptop was stolen a few years ago, but yeah
