One week nicotine free!
Day two of no nicotine. A little itchy and miss the feeling of the weight in my throat (lol). Trying to disentangle the physical “put something in my mouth and breathe” from the chemical nicotine dependency. But not horrendously cranky so that’s good I guess?

Giving this circle/breathing thing a try. Seems to be really helping with the physical component which makes the physical cravings a bit more bearable

This is MEF’s *Goblin,* my forever prince and the first privately bred hybrid ferret I have ever owned. He is 20% European Polecat and a semi-angora ferret :)
