She one was one of my heros. I saw her on stage first time when I was 19 and in college. She is modeling how to get older and still be amazing and creative! She is also an awesome painter. Thanks Joan Baez and happy birthday 84!! I am right behind you. And if you can do it, so can I.

I did but it took awhile.

I am not sure who painted this but thank you!! It is me ny my VW bus camping at the beach- looking back 50 years. The free- spirit of this still lives inside me and my soul.

He was one of my mentors and at the time I didn't realize how honored and special it was that I was able to spend so much time with him - in the mid-80s when I was in my early 30's. He taught me so much and part of his spirit lives through me.
