Got my first harvest off my Chestnut Mushrooms yesterday. I can’t wait to get these into the grill basket today. 🍄

Trametes versicolor, or Turkey Tail, found here in Southern Ontario this past Wednesday. Not a great tasting gourmet mushroom but a wonderful functional mushroom that helps boost the immune system.

Oh man, what is that? My initial reaction would be steer clear 😂
