I feel like I'm constantly stressed out with anxiety, I doubt this is great for my physical health either. I need to get on HRT but my brain is constantly telling me that it would make my life worse because people are weird about it. Somehow I still care too much about what people think about me :<

It just feels so hopeless. The best I could hope for is make them laugh or give me a smile and that made the whole thing worth it.

I was working with dementia patients before and it is really hard. You kinda have to mask it out or else you just go crazy. The worst experience I had was a woman who was super active, barely 70 and she was fully aware of it. You didnt notice it at all until she's repeating herself in conversations.
