The new worker that was hired to support at my school got cut down days. This has been incredibly frustrating bc I’m back to handling majority of my 117 kid caseload by myself. I have so much stress and my body is beyond exhausted. I’m so burnt out I want to go on medical leave but I can’t 😭🫡
