Oh no! My ex went through something similar with a dog we once owned. They having beef with another dog and he just wound up in the middle of it. It was summer and we were in a lake, so his hand got the whole brunt of it and he had to go to the ER.

The acronym is good and very important. And this word is not for everyone, given it's history. But for me it is reclaimed, my favorite, and the best way to describe many aspects of myself.
