Agreed that no match is perfect but when a mistake is so bad that we gasp and truly wonder if that was a career-ending or limiting move, for me, it usually ceases to be "match of the night" material. I say "usually" bc this time, it actually was still the MOTN.

This is tough because on one hand, the work rate was INCREDIBLE. On the other hand, you have a clear botch that looked scary af and Gable unintentionally busted open. Hell of a match but that takes it out of top 5 for me.
