Welp guess we now have the 4C and a glass is 3C moving forward.
Dummy would be my #1, I’m actually writing a blog right now about GM candidates. Generally think an AGM from a winning org that appropriately applies analytics, particularly in finding under valued players in pro scouting

Need a new GM to come in and lay down some ultimatums on a new direction. These aren’t in season things either, but I think they can get a kickstart now with Dougie etc.. glass is shooting almost 20% so I think he is better suited as a 4C, but not a major issue

He waived so I’ve read, but those lists are kept under lock and key.
The way I see it, we need to move one of Bratt/Timo (ideally Timo), one of Siegs/Dillon, Dougie and find 2 4L wings that aren’t 30+ and we are back to needing a 1W and 3C again

I do! Hasn’t stopped GMs from working around them before. Palat waived for the isles. This obviously comes with the thought that we will have a new GM who can look at this group dispassionately
