All of my plushies I did sew by hand coz I have very little understanding of sewing machine that I have lol so idk if you're good with machine but that's how I'm sewing if u r interested. 1st I connect the two fabrics loosely and then I strengthen it with second thread, also it looks neat that way

Also please remember to keep your threads relatively short coz it's going to mess with you with random knots and escaping from the needle so take your time with this ^^

For the thread ik the shiny ones are quite popular but I tried just regular embroidery threads and even sewing threads and they work for me just fine.I used to use double thread knot(see the pic)but lately I use single and for me it looks more clean and professional.A lot more time consuming tho

Try plastic embroidery stabiliser, even if the fabric doesn't have fur it just helps with placing of the thread evenly(with fur materials it's a life-saver) also you can draw the pattern on it without drawing on the fabric itself(use light or even fading colors cos it can still transfer below)

Please share your process I'd love to see it!!! I'm sorry to get back to u so late πŸ˜” but yes!! For embroidery I'd recommend to use fabrics like minky they have small or no stretch at all-its important especially for the face and places u want embroidery on coz it's going to expand when u stuff it

Aww they wanted to play🀣🀣 but I fear for your creation once they get their paws on it, hope it's safe now!!

Yess!! 😈❀
I don't use them at all 🀣 but that's on me, I find it really uncomfortable to use while I'm working with such small scale things

There are things I wouldn't do to the plushies that I bought 🀣🀣 but having the knowledge that I can always fix them is comforting

OMG I LOVE ITTTT!!!😭😭😒 I admire crochet things so much! You did an amazing job!!!❀❀❀
There are blunt needles for embroidery if you'd prefer!(idk how they're called) I tried those but I bought too thin ones and I broke almost all of them in my hands while working hahah stabbing is inevitable for me

sanji drained all his energy... in a fight...right?

I think I got addicted to making plushies tbh! I know you can buy machine made ones but they lack the love you put into them while making them...so I'm gonna end up with an army of Zosan plushies of all kind hahah

Oh yes I get u! Would you wanna share ur rug?πŸ‘‰πŸ‘ˆ
I used to rush embroidery and got frustrated so many times too, but having a hoop, plastic stabilisator and proper thread technique made it so much better! And its good to start small like with cats here. It's not that hard once you get used to it <3
