The Jury adjudged ‘From Dragons to Divinators: Re-Imagining Muslim Women in the Old French Crusade Cycle’, by Saaleha Iqbal (University of Leeds), to be the runner up.
We are delighted to announce that the winner of the 2025 R. Gapper Postgraduate Essay Prize is Isabel Maloney (University of Cambridge), for her essay, entitled ‘The Communard Family in Léon Cladel’s Censored Short Fiction’.
Registration for the 2026 SFS Postgraduate Conference is now open. The conference will take place on Friday 29th May 2026 at KCL.
The deadline for registration is 8 May 2026.
