if you're a heavy computer user with keyboard + mouse, consider lowering your sensitivty of your mouse too uncomfortably low so you have to move your entire hand without turning your hand. Got this tip from an Esports Physiotherapist

Upside with a kid waking you up early is that you get to see some really odd lighting conditions at times. In this case some (to me) very seldomly seen dry haze at a high altitude. Camera doesn't really pickup all the reds, it's in even more dark oranges with a grey sky fading to mid blues.
