I’m so so sorry you’re going through this Samb. CKD suuuucks a major amount. And having a best friend in palliative care is so hard. I’m going through it with Cornelius, who is now refusing his liver meds 😔

We’ve seen some great results with Solensia at work! Like you said in other comments, getting him to the vet will probably be the biggest obstacle. Definitely ask your vet what would be best for both of you!
