I’m more saying that the Supreme Court seems exceedingly unlikely to stop Trump if and when cases get there. Trump has threatened to withhold funding from Universities because of the speech they allow and has tried to deport “agitators.” Some court resistance but will it hold? I’m not so sure.
The president has been directly violating the constitution when it comes to freedom of expression, and the supreme court has largely allowed it. Colour me confused.
