I’m looking into Pain Management podcasts, layperson’s courses as well as a holistic approach. I was on OxyContin, then Palexia and high does of gabapentin. I’m off opioids and switched to caffeine panadol. My GP & Pain Specialist are amazing!
You feel like you’re crazy, it’s isolating AF.

It was a day procedure. The pain is worse for 1-2 months, then a follow up. Mine was 10% successful. So they’re going to try it again. It affects my left side, a band from under my ribs wraps around that side to my navel.
Keep me posted on your partner. Pain is fucked up. TY for your Rosie thought.

Hey Bruce, your partner has a heart issue - still an electrical challenge, it’s very different to mine. I had Radiofrequency Ablation in Dec, they use xray to put conductive needles from T8-T12 in my back and ‘zap’ those nerves to cut the pain receptors.
