The world has gotten much worse since then. George Floyd was murdered by police in 2020, then Renée Good and Alex Pretti were assassinated in the street this month, both just blocks away.

And we are still fighting.

I was lucky to witness this, one of the most important things I have shot. People from different ages, races, classes, genders were walking together for a common good. As my US friends were asking questions and showing concern for Hong Kong then, they were fighting their own battles.
