i hesitate to correct in fear of missing out of future options. ;) it's not a real word, of course, but as it's based on "loop" and "oscillate" I've always leaned on the the "oscil" from "oscillate" with a L in front.

just learned of a new loscil pronunciation: "loss-kill". add to the list including "law-seal" "low-seel" and my running favourite, "low-skill"
