She was nice enough, but there were a LOT of excuses used (family house, 4 dogs, child with learning disabilities, health issues) which I'm sympathetic to but those reasons shouldn't make tv any louder imo.

We'll see what happens, and at least I asked nicely in person when I had the opportunity.

I asked if they could maybe turn down their TV a bit because it is almost constantly loud these days.

She then explained her husband had brought down the subwoofer (which is exactly what I thought it was) but she didn't know why.

I asked if they could just turn it down a bit.

Ongoing neighbour/noise saga update:

The dude went out with two of the dogs while the lady was hanging up the washing. I grabbed a stool and popped my head over the fence.

The two remaining dogs went mental at me. She made them go inside.

The dogs have certainly been 'better' since then, but I still think a degree of consideration is lacking when it comes to the adjoining wall.

I dont know how noisy it is when I'm streaming, but if they ever said it was an issue, I would find a solution to not annoy them. 2/2

Dilemma I've been wrestling with for the last two weeks now.
Neighbours have started turning the TV up pretty loud again.

What do. Last time I shoved a note through the door and they seemed to be quite accepting and all was fine.
I just dont want to be *that* person (even though I am). 1/2

And here was me thinking I got a really good sleep. Turns out it was an hour less than I thought it was.
