but a 1D circle doesn't exist mathematically. I believe that higher dimension beings, should they exist, can access all lower dimensions, and a 1D shape is only a point, nothing else. Then you move to 2D with a line and all the other shapes, and then the 3D shapes and they would go on further.

Stepping away might be only affordable when things are not burning down around you. Nothing is more important to a democracy than an informed electorate. When things are bad, this is too important. When thing are good, less so, but we still need to be informed to not be complacent.

Spending follows budget. If they were given 600% increase in budget, they will use it, as budget not used, is budget reduced. And no entity/agency/business wants to do that.

How knowledgeable are you in designing items and/or using a design application?
I'm at the stage where I'm comfortable in slicing and printing settings but know nothing about designing my own solutions (like I want to design and build a docking station for my devices).
